We’re so excited to welcome you to the Rise Wellness Club team.

This instructor area has been created to give you everything you need to feel confident, supported and clear on what we expect from our classes at Rise. You’ll find a number of important documents here to review and sign, covering our standards, ways of working and the experience we want every client to receive.

More importantly, we want Rise to be a place where you can grow and succeed in your career as a Pilates instructor. We want to support you in developing your confidence, your teaching style and your ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Our goal is simple: to deliver consistently brilliant classes that people genuinely look forward to attending. When our clients have a great experience, they come back, recommend us and help us build fuller classes.

As Rise continues to grow, that creates more opportunities for everyone — including the potential for more classes, more teaching hours and greater progression within the team.
