Every new Rise member will receive:

  • A complimentary Rise tote bag

  • Better value than purchasing individual classes

  • Monthly credits to help you stay consistent

All memberships are paid by monthly Direct Debit and have a minimum three-month commitment. After your initial term, your membership will continue monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

Find the membership that best suits how often you want to move, whether that’s weekly Reformer sessions or a mixture of Reformer, Mat Pilates, Barre and Hot Sculpt.

Credit Packs

Prefer More Flexibility?

Our credit packs are perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy Rise without committing to a monthly membership or Direct Debit.

Purchase a bundle of class credits upfront and use them when it suits you within the pack’s validity period. The more credits you purchase, the better the value per class—making credit packs a flexible and cost-effective way to move with us.

Credit packs are ideal if you:

  • Have a busy or changing schedule

  • Cannot attend the same number of classes every month

  • Want to book classes around work, family or other commitments

  • Prefer to pay upfront rather than by monthly Direct Debit

  • Want better value than booking individual classes

  • Would like to top up an existing membership with additional classes

Simply choose the pack that best suits your routine and book your classes through the Rise app.

No monthly commitment. No Direct Debit. Just the freedom to Rise when it works for you.
